Introducing the Democratic Republic of Knowledge - a revolutionary e-learning platform designed to connect people, ideas, and creativity in an unprecedented way.


As we know, solving "wicked problems" requires innovative, collaborative, and cooperative systems that bring together all stakeholders and actors involved. This approach allows for the integration of various types of knowledge in a dynamic way, making it easier to address interdisciplinary challenges - some of the most significant and intriguing problems facing humanity today.


In today's complex world, multiple perspectives are essential. As knowledge is collective and cumulative, the more widely it is distributed across communities, the greater its potential value as it offers a broader range of perspectives and possibilities for use. Studies have shown that collaboration among scientific communities increases productivity, and that most scientific papers go unread, resulting in a loss of valuable information.


To tackle these issues, we propose the creation of a "meta-database," an "ecosystem of information," and a set of free-access tools to enhance creativity and connect people and ideas. Our goal is to develop an "Ark of information" for future generations to benefit from past research and investigations. The potential for behavior change and innovation is astounding when we expand our bounded rationality through access to better, more accurate, and timely information. As network theory suggests, the more links a network has, the more resilient and robust it becomes in dealing with "wicked problems."


The Democratic Republic of Knowledge aims to empower individuals in a rapidly changing world. However, several challenges must be overcome, including technology and interface issues to ensure accessibility to anyone, anywhere; protection of intellectual property in a participatory culture; and the development of an effective search engine to validate new knowledge and organize information.


Join us in creating a holistic set of resources and tools to connect people and ideas, forming a network of knowledge that will be more resilient to perturbations and better equipped to tackle daily problems. The research is focused on three subjects: interface development; the logical topology of the network; and the physical topology of the network. The objective is to identify and develop the key aspects required to design and implement the concept. 


a.    Design at the level of strategy, policy and mission.

b.    Design at the level of tactics, systems and processes.

c.    Design at the level of operations, tangibles and touch.

How design and management of an interactive information and communication system should look like for the online (generalized) exchange of knowledge in a minimal social situation?


Designing and managing an interactive information and communication system for the online exchange of knowledge in a minimal social situation requires a combination of technical and social considerations.


From a technical standpoint, the system should be user-friendly and easy to navigate, with a clear and intuitive interface that allows users to easily search, access, and share information. It should also be able to handle large amounts of data and be able to scale as the number of users and amount of information grows.


From a social standpoint, the system should be designed to encourage collaboration, cooperation, and coordination among users. This can be achieved by integrating social networking and collaboration tools, such as messaging and group-editing features, into the platform. Additionally, the system should be designed to foster a sense of community among users, with features such as user profiles, discussion forums, and rating systems to encourage user engagement and participation.


In addition, a well-designed and managed information and communication system should also consider knowledge transfer and management, the network structures that influence the process transfer performance, and whether there exists certain network structure that can facilitate and promote knowledge transfer more efficiently.


Furthermore, the system should also be designed to be inclusive and accessible to anyone, regardless of their location or background, to ensure that knowledge is shared widely and equitably. Finally, it should also consider how to ensure the security and privacy of user information and intellectual property rights.


It is important to note that while designing and managing such a system, it should be considered as a creative process of discovery that is not limited to a fixed linear or sequential steps and allowing the system to adapt to changing conditions and to make mistakes and backtrack if necessary.
